1. About these terms
DVIZIBL ("we", "us", "our") is a software-as-a-service platform operated by dInfoApp Service Private Limited. By creating an account or using DVIZIBL, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. What DVIZIBL does
DVIZIBL helps local businesses grow their presence on Google Search and Maps: it drafts Google Business posts, blog articles, review replies, and festival/occasion content using AI, tracks Google search keyword rankings, and monitors nearby competitors. AI-drafted content is a starting point for you to review and approve -- you are responsible for what you ultimately publish, whether that's through DVIZIBL or by copying content to Google's own tools yourself.
3. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate business information -- it's used directly to generate your content, so inaccurate details produce inaccurate content.
4. Subscription & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, unless otherwise agreed) through our payment processor, Razorpay. Prices shown in the app and on our Pricing page are exclusive of GST unless stated as GST-inclusive. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for how cancellations and refunds work.
5. Third-party services
DVIZIBL connects to services we don't control -- including Google's APIs and Google Business Profile, and our payment processor Razorpay. We're not responsible for those services' availability, policies, or decisions (for example, if Google rejects or removes a post you've published through its own tools). Where DVIZIBL doesn't yet publish directly to Google on your behalf, you remain responsible for the final step of publishing content on Google's platforms.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use DVIZIBL to generate or publish unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or abusive content, or to impersonate a business you don't own or represent. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
7. Ownership
You own the content generated for your business once approved. The DVIZIBL platform itself -- its software, design, and underlying technology -- is owned by dInfoApp Service Private Limited.
8. Limitation of liability
DVIZIBL is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, dInfoApp Service Private Limited isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, including losses connected to third-party platforms like Google or Razorpay.
9. Termination
You may stop using DVIZIBL at any time by cancelling your subscription. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or remain unpaid past the grace period shown in the app.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of DVIZIBL after a change means you accept the updated terms.
