Infrastructure

DVIZIBL is hosted on Vercel and uses Supabase (built on PostgreSQL) for our database and authentication. Both providers run in secured, access-controlled data centers. All traffic between your browser and DVIZIBL is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS.

Account access

Passwords are never stored in plain text -- authentication is handled by Supabase Auth, which stores only salted, hashed passwords. Your data is isolated from other businesses on DVIZIBL using database-level row security rules, so one client's data is never visible to another.

Payments

Paid-plan payments are processed directly by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. DVIZIBL never receives or stores your card, UPI, or bank account details.

Your Google Business Profile

DVIZIBL does not store or ask for your Google account password. Where Google integration requires it, access is authorized through Google's own secure OAuth sign-in, and you can revoke that access at any time from your Google account settings.

Reporting a concern

If you believe you've found a security issue with DVIZIBL, please email us at security@dvizibl.com with details. We take reports seriously and will respond as quickly as we can.

A note on scale

DVIZIBL is an early-stage product. We follow the practices above today, and we'll expand this page as we add further safeguards (such as independent security audits) -- we won't claim certifications we don't actually hold.
