1. Who we are
DVIZIBL is operated by dInfoApp Service Private Limited. This policy explains what data we collect through DVIZIBL and how we use it.
2. What we collect
Account details you provide (name, email, business information); business profile details you enter (industry, description, branding, keywords, competitors); content you generate, edit, or approve in the app; and, if you connect your Google Business listing, information from that listing needed to show reviews, ratings, and optimization suggestions. If you're on a paid plan, payment is handled directly by Razorpay -- we don't receive or store your card or bank details.
3. How we use it
To operate the service: generating AI content tailored to your business, tracking keyword rankings and competitors, sending you email notifications about content and billing, and processing payments. We don't sell your data.
4. Third-party services we use
Your data is processed by the infrastructure providers we rely on to run DVIZIBL: Supabase (database and authentication), Razorpay (payments), Google APIs (business listing and search data, where you've connected your account), and Anthropic's Claude API (to generate AI content from the business details you provide). Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy terms.
5. Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, contact us and we'll delete your data except where we're required to keep records (for example, billing records for tax purposes).
6. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and access controls on our database. No system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights
You can access, correct, or request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us. If you're an existing client, most of your own business information can be edited directly in the app.
8. Children
DVIZIBL is a business tool and isn't directed at children.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time; changes take effect when posted here.
