Is DVIZIBL a Google product?
No. DVIZIBL is an independent third-party SaaS platform, operated by dInfoApp Service Private Limited. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
Do I need a Google Business Profile?
Yes -- DVIZIBL helps you prepare content for a Google Business Profile you already have (or are setting up). We look up your public listing details via Google's Places search to help populate your profile info.
Does DVIZIBL post directly to my Google profile for me?
Not yet. AI drafts every post and review reply for you, but you publish each one yourself with one click, directly into Google. Full direct publishing is on the way once Google's Business Profile API access is approved for our account -- see our Google Business Profile page for the full, honest breakdown.
Do I give DVIZIBL my Google password?
No, never. We don't ask for it and don't need it for anything built today.
Can I manage multiple locations?
Today, DVIZIBL is built around a single business per account. Multi-location support isn't live yet -- if that's something you need, get in touch and let us know.
Does DVIZIBL guarantee better Google rankings?
No. We track your real rankings and give you the tools to publish consistent, relevant content -- but we don't and won't promise a specific ranking or guaranteed customer growth.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can manage or cancel your plan from your billing dashboard at any time -- see our Cancellation & Refund Policy for the specifics.
